We previously discussed and exposed Justin Kitch’s first 5 myths concerning the Internet and business. Although we’re not trying to take over the MythBusters’ job, we do want to expose these to you in order to benefit your business.

This article/video will cover the remaining myths, 6-11. The first five primarily dealt with overcoming a fear of the Web. They stressed the importance of having a website. The remaining six deal with problems you may encounter after you have launched your website.

Unfortunately for you, your work is not done once you build your website. The work you must do will help you know your audience better and know their wants and needs.

The following myths describe circumstances that you will encounter.

6. My website is only for new customers.
7. My site is just for customers.
8. My internet strategy is my website.
9. Being small is a huge disadvantage.
10. The internet will make me rich.
11. OK, I’ll do whatever you say.
